Calendar Views

View Options

View your calendar by Day, Week or Month by selecting an option in the top left. The red line on the Day view indicates the current time. To change your date range, use the arrows in the center. Use filters to customize your view to see specific appointment types, owners, statuses, etc.

Colors

Green = A completed appointment; this person showed up
Blue = An open appointment

  • Scheduled means it's scheduled for right now or in the future
  • Confirmed means the guest confirmed they are coming in
  • Checked-In is for clubs that use the Guest Kiosk. It indicates that your appointment is here at the club and has checked in through the kiosk.

Red = An open overdue appointment
Gray = An appointment marked as either Cancelled or No Show
