The below will outline how to add a Call. To add a Task, follows the same process as scheduling a future call, just use the Add a Task button instead of Add a Call.
To start, select the blue + button in bottom right of the page and then Call or select Add a Call directly from the Agenda screen. The next screen will show your Call Options.
Select Make to indicate that you are making an outbound call
- Add your Contact's name under Guest's name: Type in a few letters (or numbers) to search for the person you want to call. When you find your Contact, select their name from the drop-down list. (The person does need a Contact record before you can make an outbound call. You can search by name, phone or email.)
- Select a Call Type. This is simply a title to categorize the call for notes and reminders.
- Select a Call Owner. This is the staff person who is making the call.
- Select Make Call
Select Take to open your Telephone Inquiry script and add a new phone lead (TI)
- Add in your caller's name and contact details (phone and/or email)
- Select a Lead Source using the drop down arrows under How did you hear about us?
- Select a Lead Owner
- Select a product type (do you want to add a Membership Lead or PT Lead?)
Select Book to schedule a call for a future date or time

- Select a Call Type. This is simply a title to categorize the call for notes and reminders.

- Select the date and time for when you want this call to show on the Call Owner's Agenda
- You can also add a note about the call. E.g., "remember to ask about her recent vacation!"
- Select Create
