HOW TO FIND A CONTACT
- Click the Magnifying Glass icon in the top left
- Begin entering in at least 2 letters or numbers to begin your search
Lifecycle Groups: The icon displayed by each contact's name represents their current lifecycle stage. The name of the lifecycle group is listed underneath the contact's name in their contact profile. Click here for lifecycle explanations and icon legend.
Add a New Contact
Select the Add Lead icon (the profile of a person) on the left side of the screen (or the + button on smaller screens, such as phones).
-NEW LEAD can be used for any type of new contact
-REFERRAL and PHONE are shortcuts that pre-fill in information specific to Lead or Member Referrals or Telephone Inquiries.
Schedule an Appointment
Select the Add Appointment icon (calendar page) on the left side of the screen (or the + button on smaller screens, such as phones) or select a date and time on the Calendar or use the Add Appt option listed in each Contact's profile. Follow each step to select a contact, appt type, date & time.
Complete an Appointment
Select the appt (from Home or Calendar) and select Complete at the bottom of the record. Add notes about the appt and Complete.
Reschedule an Activity (ie: Call, Tour, Task)
Select the activity and select Reschedule at the bottom of the record
Move Someone to a Trial
Find the lead, select their name, and select Start Trial in their contact record. This may be under More Actions.
Hot Leads
Each lifecycle icon has a flame in the bottom left. Select the flame to turn it on/off. A red flame indicates a hot lead. No color indicates a regular lead.
Cold Leads: Mark as Not Interested
Find the lead, select their name, and select Not Interested in their contact record. This may be under More Actions. To return a lead to regular/interested status, open their profile and select Mark Interested in their contact record. This may be under More Actions.
Make a Sale
Find the lead, select their name, and select Make Sale from their contact record. Select a member owner and Make Sale.
Where to Get Support
Select HELP under the More icon from within your InTouch site. This icon is the three horizontal lines in the bottom left of the screen.
