This integration works in conjunction with our ABC DataTrak integration.
How it Works:
Scenario 1: When a member refers a new lead, the new referral is created in InTouch as soon as the invite is sent. It is created with:
- Contact Method: Member Referral
- Lead Source: Netpulse
- Lead Owner: Unassigned Leads
- The lead will be added to the Not Visited Life Cycle group. When the lead activates the Guest Pass, they move to the Current Trial group until their guest pass expires (this happens automatically)
- The name of the member who referred the lead is added to the contact's notes/history
Scenario 2: When a new lead downloads the app for a guest pass, the new lead is created in InTouch. It is created with:
- Contact Method: Netpulse Guest Pass
- Lead Source: Netpulse
- Lead Owner: Unassigned Leads
- The lead will be added to the Not Visited Life Cycle group. When the lead activates the Guest Pass, they move to the Current Trial group until their guest pass expires (this happens automatically)
How to get started:
- Contact InTouch Support with your name and club name and let us know you'd like to integrate your Netpulse with your InTouch. We'll then enable the Netpulse integration on the InTouch side.
- Contact your Netpulse rep to let them know you'd like to integrate with InTouch. They will need your InTouch Site UUIDs (one UUID per InTouch site) which can be found in your InTouch application under Admin > Club.
