Communications Overview



Communications is where you set up everything to do with phone calls, emails and text messages for each of your clubs.

To access Communications, log into Drive and select Communications from the Admin toolbar. 


  • Alerts: Appointment confirmations and reminders as well other text or email notifications for both contacts and staff
  • Broadcasts: Email and text blast options
  • Drip Communications: Schedule call reminders to appear on staff’s To Do lists as well as the automated emails and text messages that go out to contacts
  • Lead Source Emails: Specialty email options for new leads that meet specific lead source (and other) criteria
  • Other: Additional options, such as viewing Opt-In communications and Birthday emails
  • Email Templates: Options to add your branding or other information to multiple emails easily
