About this report
Closing the membership sale is important, but so is what happens after the sale. See the staff members who are able to up sell Personal Training, who are able to book Orientations (which will increase retention rates), and which, if any, staff do neither. This report shows PT Sales and Orientations Booked for Membership Sales.
Note: Orientations are not the same as as the new PT Sales Appointment option. (Orientation appointments are not commonly used in InTouch Drive).
To access this report
- Log into Drive and select the Reports menu
- Select the Live Reports section
- Find (or search for) the report named Membership and PT Sales and Orientation Booked (MPTSOB)
- Select View
- A new window should appear allowing you to enter your report parameters
- Select a Club (this legacy report is available in single-club format only)
- Select a date range (one-year max)
- Select from a PDF or CSV format
- Select Run Report
