All Leads Status Report (CSV)

About this report

The All Leads Status Report (CSV) and Multi-Club All Leads Status Report (CSV) reports export all contacts with a status change within the selected date range. This includes any leads that was added, deleted, sold, marked as not interested or changed from not interested back to interested. It includes membership and PT leads and contains more fields than the Active Leads or Won Leads CSV exports.

This report is often used when wanting to create your own report, export data not found in other reports (like Lead Source Details or even CMS ID), or even for a site audit.

To access this report

  1. Log into Drive and select the Reports menu
  2. Select the Live Reports section
  3. Find (or search for) the report named All Leads Status Report (CSV) or Multi-Club All Leads Status Report (CSV)
  4. Select View
  5. A new window should appear allowing you to enter your report parameters
  6. Select a Club or Clubs
  7. Select a date range (one-year max)
  8. Select Download Report
