Staff alerts are automated email and text message options that can be triggered to send to various staff to alert them of new web leads, a web lead assigned to them, a text message received from a contact, etc.
Types of Alerts
All alerts have an on/off status toggle allowing you to quickly enable or disable an alert as well as an Edit option so you can customize the content of the text or email that is sent to staff. Some alerts will also have a Subscribe option for you to select which staff will be sent an enabled alert. All alerts have an Edit option so you can customize the content of the alert
Lead Alerts
- Lead Created: These options send an email or a text message to subscribed staff when a new lead is created via web form service or text marketing number
- Lead Assigned: These options send an email or a text message to the new lead owner (staff) when an Incoming Lead has been assigned to them
Communication Alerts
- Inbound Text: These options send an email or a text message staff when one of their contacts responds to a text message
- Text Usage: These options are for clubs that have a pre-paid text message package. Subscribed staff are sent an email or a text message when their club has reached approximately 80% of their monthly pre-paid package
To Access Staff Alerts

- Log into Drive
- Select Communications from the Admin menu
- Select the Alerts section
- Select Staff Alerts on the left
- Select Lead Alerts or Communication Alerts to view/edit each alert option
