New or Improved Features and Functionality

1. New Live Report! The Sales Activity Report (SAR), a popular InSights report, was recreated as a Live Report. This first iteration includes options to run the report for membership data, pt data, or combined. The SAR is located under Reports > Live Reports
2. The InSights section was removed from Reports
3. The Live Club Data section was moved to it's own section under Reports
4. The Live Reports (formerly labeled in Drive as Legacy: Live Reports) page was moved to it's own section under Reports
