New mini-modal for Make Call
Making and/or scheduling a future call is now easier to do with fewer steps or clicks using the Make Call buttons under the Contact Profile and Contacts pages Quick Actions. Keep the Result of Open to schedule your call and use the results of Spoke With, Left Message or No Answer/Call Later to complete the call.
Bug Fixes
- Quick Links Email on Contacts page: The "Send" email was acting as the "Send & Close" button and returning user to the main screen. This has been corrected to keep the email window open.
- New Appointment Modal: Send Appointment Alert to Contact was still displaying "Alert not enabled" when the alerts were enabled. This has been corrected to display the correct message.
